3. User Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may participate only with the express permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to verify age and deny service at our discretion.
4. Bookings and Payment Terms
-
All reservations must be completed through our official website or an approved third-party platform.
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
-
Pricing is subject to change at any time and may vary based on seasonality, location, or event type.
-
We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
All cooking class bookings are strictly non-refundable.
-
This no-refund policy applies to all reservations, including those made via third-party booking platforms or affiliates.
-
Due to limited capacity and the preparation involved in each experience, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or changes of plans.
-
At our sole discretion, we may allow a one-time rescheduling of a class if requested at least 48 hours in advance and subject to availability.
-
Separate terms may apply to private, corporate, or group bookings and will be detailed in individual agreements.
6. Health, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions
Participants are responsible for disclosing any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions prior to attending a class.
While we make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests, we do not guarantee an allergen-free environment and assume no liability for adverse reactions.
Participation is at your own risk.
